Reflection of TPI Test

The result of the TPI exam is shown as follows. I find that I usually have strong will of teaching perspective and do some attempt to do that, however end up with not doing what expected when actually doing that. I guess it is probably because of lack of teaching experience and get less idea of how to do as planned. Another point I noticed is that although I am more concerned about development of students, there is nothing I am highly concerned. I wonder it is because I am either not sure what I can do with helping them or what I concern is highly depending on what students need.
I think of doing this test every two month during this year, and I expect my result would change if I have deeper understanding of education.
