Group Teaching Reflection

In this group teaching, we get too enthusiastic and overestimate how much we could teach in 15 minutes. As the result, we did not finish our content(the extension part). This experience also taught us about importance of doing and refining our lesson plan for many times. As teachers and adults, we have strong will to teach students so many things while time is limited. We sometimes need to “slow down” and make sure if they are doing well before getting on to later activities. Also since students’ energy is limited, we could need to consider about how much should we teach in one time that would lead them have better understanding and not in a rush at whole bunch of math.
